Costa Rica's Manuel Antonio Park, may be its smallest National Park, but also its most diverse and beautiful. Start in the shaded forest sloping gently down to Manuel Antonio Beach. At the beach, enjoy the pure white sands and tranquil beauty of the ocean. Pop back into the forest and climb through lush greenery before descending again to finish back at the beach. This park contains hundreds of different mammal and bird species - keep an eye out for some. Especially watch out for the friendly local White-faced Capuchin monkeys- they’ve been known to steal food right out of visitors' hands!
